The Last Stretch

Sorry mia for a while...I was busying these 2 weeks going in and out of hospital preparing for Aphresis, which is basically harvesting stem cells for the stem cell transplant. So far, its been not too bad la, no major hiccups or any sorts of complication. Now what's left is the high dose chemotherapy and the stem cell transplant. Which is my body tio rape, all the good cells gone to make sure the marrow and other stuff is totally clear of bad cells. Some say it'll make me a weak fuck, but I don't think so man. Tmr it's time to go get a hickman's line inserted and start on high dose chemo. So, I guess i'll be mia for quite a while again... chemo for 5 days, then rest one day...then infuse the steam cells and w8 for the bone marrow to recover, which takes like 10-14 days or so.

Anyway, i'm glad this chemo is the absolute final one liaoz. Then I can be freed from the shackles of medical imprisonment, which is more painful that the chemo side effects itself. I dunno why, but I am pretty confident that the transplant will go smoothly and that after that, I will be more pen than ever. Don't worry for me; it's been a long process, but I'm sure I'll emerged victorious and that I'll still be the cockster that you all know. I will be in SGH block 4, ward 48, room 18. If anyone ever wants to come visit, feel free to i guess...
