Dun worry man... I will hang... I hang until my balls wanna sag to the floor liao... Anyway, sorry that I have been rather unresponsive man... Over the last 2 cycles of chemo, felt a little bit more emo and dulan. Perhaps it may be due to the side effects becoming worse, or thinking about me in the past and me now... Like really dam moodless to do stuff; also dun feel like sasuing much even. But oh well, its over, things are getting better...so hurray I guess...
Got this young doctor dam cute... she ask me go do sperm banking when my spermz tio cui by the chemo drugs already... then her idea tio reject by other docs lol. Fuck man, that's one little thing I regret..not to do sperm banking before I started on the 1st mode of treatment coz that fucker Teoh said his new method 90-100% sure jack...no need to sperm bank coz his meds only hit the targeted areas and cells etc. In the end, by the time I was transferred to SGH, I was in super bad shape and they had to treat me right away coz my tumour grew gaogao zzz... I hope the SMC finds this asshole guilty of being negligent due to his mutiple mistakes in his treatment protocol. He's a pretty nice fellow, but if you make a mistake, you gotta pay for it. Should have gone for evidence-based treatment right from the start. Fucker also introduced me to the world of anal fissure...prolly the worst ailment I every had...haizu.
Got to review my last scan results yesterday and the scan shows that the chest is clear! Means remission liao. The head also seems to be clear, but then he said he must use rt to treat the brain based on the earliest MRIs, when the legion was still there. I don't quite understand why also. So, rt is simply to make sure every malignant cell is eradicated and that the disease will never recur again. Anyway, the rt docter has scheduled me for 17 sessions of rt starting on 1st of Dec... 1.8 grays (the unit from measuring radiation) per session...so it works out to 30.60 grays...which is relatively safe for the brain...like 5% chance that you will tio side effects. However, he plans to do phase 2 also, which is boosting the areas previously affected by the tumour in the brain with additional radiation to 45 grays. The thing is... he said radiation above 40 grays may cause the risk of side effects like cognitive ability decrement and memory loss to like 50%, and the parts that get the extra radiation may not grow back anymore...which is cui...coz bald patch ftl... have to be botak whole life sia...but he say...we can choose if we wanna do it anot la... 45 grays is the official treatment guideline handed down by the USA, thats why his head of department also recommends it...
But I really hate rt man...they pia the mask on my face fucking tight, then the headrest is shaped such that when you lie on it for a while, the back of the head starts to hurt and I start feeling giddy. I guess no matter what, I have to go through it anyway. Fuck 2009 man. Can't wait for this year to be over... w00sh.
