Ok, above is the best 2 options for each I found for the dates. I will be joining you guys probably a day later and leaving a day earlier, but this is based on the dates for your trip.
1) LON - AMS
I put the airports for London in brackets, because Heathrow is about 45min - 1hr tube ride away, I think it costs £3.50 one way. Stansted, Luton, or Gatwick is about 1h30min - 2hr bus ride away and costing about £10 one way for bus. I would much rather fly via bmi in the first scenario.
2) PAR - LON
I think it's a no-brainer on this one. The train is definitely more worthwhile. Factor in the cost for the bus from Luton to central London, compared to being able to walk for 10mins from the train station to my home in London. Good experience at least to take the Eurostar once I guess, and you don't have to check in waayy in advance.
Now we just need to wait on bloody Joo so that we can start booking.
