update

major changes to the plan.. after discussion with josh, jing, chieh and myself, we have decided that south france isnt condusive territory for ball fun.. so sorry chong.. provence is nice but probably not very nice/worth going to in the middle of winter.. we'll reserve that for another time..

so instead we're goin to amsterdam! and we're only spending 2 days there and transferring the extra day to rome.. so the new itinerary is as below:

27/12 morning
Fly into amsterdam from London, nigel train into amsterdam from frankfurt
27/12 to 28/12
Amsterdam
29/12 midday
Easyjet flight from Amsterdam to Rome
29/12 to 1/1
Rome
2/1 Morning 0600
Flight from Rome to Paris
4/1
Everyone go home

Ok there are a few reasons why we decided to do this. It gives us the cheapest combination of flights. We end in Paris, so Jing, who has alrdy seen the city, can leave earlier if he chooses to return to US because his term start on 4/1. That's mostly it.

Chieh will fill in the flight details tomorrow with a post. But basically both flights are below 100euros. In light of this change, our delegated tasks have also changed. Read below for changes

Chieh: Handle flight from London to Amsterdam and flight from Paris to London

Chong: Take over from Chieh and complete bookings for Ams-Rome and Rome-Paris

Joo: Unchanged

Josh: Unchanged

Jing: Accom in Paris

Sen: Accom in Rome

Me: Amsterdam, both things to do as well as a place to stay
