I checked Cathay for roughly the same period. It's $1589 right now. I put the country setting to Singapore so I assume it's in SGD. Cathay flights are pretty shiok, almost like SQ, without the chao bin stewardesses. You have to pass through Hong Kong first though.

I just came out of the Goemonburo (wood-fired open-air bath, basically a tub that's heated underneath by a wood fire). Damn shiok. It's 8 degrees now and I hardly feel cold.
