what's happened?

how come suddenly the posts have dried up? no one has anything new to share? hopefully chieh will have something to say tmrw after his big meeting for drinks/dinner.. i look forward to that.. everyone else shld write something! even if it's short n maybe not that interesting.. half of my posts r of that nature anyways!

got an interesting story to share.. so i just got back from lunch and 3 of the pple on the program (there r 20 of us) were in my room discussing about this other girl on the program.. before this semester i alrdy heard some stuff about how she's a manipulative slut but didn't think too much about it.. figured that it cldn't be that bad and maybe pple r just jealous.. she is quite attractive..

anyways the pple in my rm were talking about how she wanted to get reimbursed for a train ride that we took to a meeting with UBS.. but the problem is that she pontang the meeting and never took the train! so she asked her rmmate to put her name down for reimbursement and her rmmate (really nice, trustworthy girl) refused and "slut" blackmailed her and threatened to reveal something a little nasty about her and her boyfriend.. also.. "slut" lied to all of us and our prof by saying that her brother was getting married today, which happens to be the last day of classes back at duke when we have a big concert.. she concocted this whole story just so she could go..

what strikes me is that she smiles, seems nice.. friendly and all and honestly i had no problems with her.. but now that i've heard of all the shit she has been pulling i just cant believe that there are such manipulative and selfish pple out there.. and at such a young age too! and this "slut" has got a job at mckinsey and interned with goldman last summer.. and rumours are that she slept her way into the job.. i just started thinking if the highpower industries are filled with pple like that.. who take ambition WAY WAY too far.. into being ruthless.. met anyone like that josh?
