So Niger threw down the gauntlet: Get a gf penicil by 26 Nov (2 months). Niger will treat penicil and his new gf to a meal or activity to the tune of 30 pounds each.
3 rules:
1)To protect the girls of London: Penicil must stay in the relationship for at least 1 month. We expect evidence in the form of photographs, sms etc...
2)No pretense obviously. No fake girlfriend just to get a free treat. Penalty for such disingenuity is reimbursement of Nigel's treat with an additional 50% fine that will go to the next ball activity.
3)Should penicil fail in his endeavour, he'll suffer ridicule and have to compensate Niger suitably.
We'll end by contrasting some encouraging words from Wanking and some rather candid remarks from the man, penicil, himself.
