Anyway, clinical years has been crazy so far. It's really what everyone says. "The best time of your medical school life." I used to think that was just something that everyone went on without really meaning it, but whoa.. just 2 weeks in and I have to totally agree. Granted, there will be shitty days ahead, but this is 1000000x better than lectures and shit.
I was in A&E yesterday, (this is only week 2 of school and I still know shit), my mate and I just decided to walk in and ask if we could help out. This really nice consultant just gave us patients immediately and then we were working like real doctors, asking them about their health, physically examining them.. haha it was INSANE. Plus putting on the stethescope and walking around, and doing all the proper things, really made me feel fucking cool for once like a doctor. Now I know why people say doctor can be damn SEH!!
Although there will be damn offu parts. The day before I had to check up on this alcoholic. Never shower kind, wa lan eh... the smell damn bloody PENN. Instant death kind. I also dread once I have to start up assing.
Anyway, apparently my new place is getting sorted. It's supposedly right in a damn central location, and quite nice too, even better than my current one. (Of course paying a bit more) Going to see it later today, so besides Nigel, anyone who wants to come to London to kio accomm better do so in this one!
