What is fun?
Good to hear that you're having loads of fun Chieh. So what have you been doing? More drinking games? Did you get tipsy and make out with someone? Yeah after looking at how slack everyone in London is, I have no doubt that pple in the UK have plenty of time to enjoy themselves. Even medicine doesn't require you to mug every waking hour.
Nigel, I actually dropped a class because I wanted to use my time to do other stuff. I just signed up for a bunch of activites, some of which I might actually commit to. There's nothing to regret, especially since I'm pretty sure I can graduate in three years with my current courseload if I wanted to. The problem with being free is that I always get the feeling that I should be trying to make use of my time. Maybe this is just another example of man's (or mine) inability to be satisfied with the present. Always impatient for something. I like this semester a lot more already but like I told Chieh, my only qualm is that I'm not that close to my dormmates and some of the people along my corridor are in this pretty big clique so I always see them hanging out together. This naturally makes me feel left out even though I hardly click with them. That said, there are other people in my corridor who don't hang out with them so I guess they are just lucky that they found so many people in the same dorm they get along really well with. As always, I think too much.
Ok I'm going off to read Econ and study for tomorrow's Japanese test. There's a surprise birthday party tonight for a friend too :)
