Torture
Today marked the end of Torts, a fun, saucy area of the law with the potential of soap operas, which currently allows people in America to sue the pants off rich corporations and benefit unscrupulous lawyers at the same time. I wish Singapore had the contigency payment condition, which allows lawyers to get a cut of any settlement they get from the client.
Anyways, I digress. Torts is over, and only contract law is left. Although the SMU balls would scoff and turn their collective heads from my trepidation of contract, I can't help but hope that contract law quickly vanishes since it's a pain in the behind. I can't wait for Nigel to come back, so that we can feast on pasta and tiramisu , and play WE and have late night suppers all over again (Too bad Chong! Too bad Penisil! Stay in UK lah!). In case you were wondering Nigel, I do hope you come back soon because we miss you (had to say something nice otherwise no invitation to Fernhill Camp).
Good luck for exams guys (the rest of us anyways), and see you soon! GLHF!
