Welcome back to reality

Oh well, life back in Singapore equates a sad and disappointing life.

I come back eagerly anticipating some emails in my inbox, and unsurprisingly I see no job offers. Perhaps I'll really consider joining killer chong in Que Pasa one of these days after my hospital attachment. And so on this bright and sunny Friday the day after returning, I'm back in front of my beloved PS playing more KH2. As I quote Vince Vaughn from Newsweek:

Newsweek: What kind of stupid stuff has come between you and a girl?

Vince Vaughn: Videogames. I don't play them anymore, but I used to all the time. And it was terrible, I can't talk to the girlfriend, she goes to bed, I'm not coming to bed, so we're not gonna have any sex tonight. So finally you save the world after playing this game for three weeks straight, and all you get is your arm around this computerized girl. And maybe a trophy.

Oh well. Maybe I'll grow up someday too. Anyway and the holiday was a great escape from reality. And now, back to killing some monsters.
