21
Don't you think it's great being 21! I think it is, maybe it's because for some reason at 21 I have suddenly realised that my life is actually really in my own hands, and that I am the one fashioning it in whatever way I desire. About time, I know heh.
Like now after all the organized progressive life that we have gone through, primary school to secondary school to JC to army, this lull before university has actually really made me realise that I have to craft out my own life. Muay thai, tennis, roller blading, self learning hakka, rediscovering reading, having my own exercise regime, getting hospital attachments and claying at jobs. It's a great feeling planning your own life. My only wish is that I be able to plan out my finances or have goals like 5 year, 10 year targets to acheive.
I hope I made the right choice about medicine. I know I did. I'm not having any last minute hesitations, but I'm just wondering what governs your choice in studying in university. I don't have a BURNING desire like what some people's childhood ambitions are. Will I have any regrets?
Maybe politics, if this sudden interest continues, heh.
